Right- strategic advice about properties you have no idea about, building a relationship based on Zero contact to start, this all makes perfect sense.
I am confident in my skills to handle all of this, this is my job, when it becomes too much, then I will hire another qualified human to help out.

We are on the precipice of changes that will fundamentally change how we interact in society. As you pointed out, this is not just real estate. It will be interesting to see how the general public accepts this technology. Will it be easy to incorporate, or will there be that hated learning curve?
