Great article Kelly. Great and helpful content will never get old, no matter what we call it or it’s format. Search is now evolving bigtime with AI, but it still feeds on solid reliable content to train the AI. I feel that great content will be 10x more critical in the era of AI-powered search (or search moving away from traditional SEO-powered algos)

Hi, wondering about this comment about using AI for blogging, why do you state not to do this? Do you have an article about this?

Many agents are still blogging today and have a dedicated readership. However, others who are just entering the game are mistakenly thinking that AI will help them grow faster and farther in less time. What I will say is, don’t do that. But that’s an article for another day.

Do I have a Google Doc opened with the title “Blogging isn’t dead; unless you suck at it”….yes…yes I do.
