I’m sorry to report that this happens more often than I would have thought. Real estate attorneys, home appraisers, home inspectors and other contractors all fall into this category. If it strikes a chord with you, you might want to start acting like a professional.
Drumroll please… my number one pet peeve about other Realtors is when the so-called professional gets all bent out of shape and yells at me about something that’s either their fault or their client’s fault. The nerve.
I don’t handle these situations very well, nor should I. It’s OK to admit that you’ve made a mistake. After all, we’re all human.
